City Union Mission in Kansas City has $50,000 in food ruined

Even though the burglars did not actually steal that much, there was still around $50,000 in food that became unusable because the hinges to the freezers were left broken after they broke in causing the food to spoil.

According to FOX4 News in Kansas City – City Union Mission served over 270,000 meals last year and rely on donations for the food. They are asking for help now to replace the food that is now not able to be used.
